WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Ok first let me start by telling you what hypnotherapy is NOT! It is NOT mind control and you will not feel out of control. All hypnosis is SELF HYPNOSIS meaning I can not make you do anything that you would not normally do. Contrary to popular belief I can not make you cluck like a chicken, unless of course you want to!
Hypnosis is a form of therapy used to reprogram your subconscious mind. It is a highly focused state of mind or an altered state of consciousness, where the subconscious mind is free to act without interference from regular conscious awareness. Hypnosis is best described as a very deep state of relaxation, in other words, a normal, natural, healthy state of mind. In fact most of us will drift in and out of hypnotic trance multiple times throughout our day.
I induce a trance like state in my clients where they feel calm and relaxed. When the client is in hypnosis the conscious mind (the busy, analytic, critical part of their mind) takes a rest and the client is able to access their subconscious mind to make positive changes to limiting beliefs, thought patterns and habits or to any negative or traumatic events that are impacting them either mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually.
HOW CAN HYPNOTHERAPY HELP ME?
A better question might be what CAN’T hypnotherapy help with? In my opinion most of our issues can be resolved by working with our subconscious mind, however some of the main issues I support my clients with are:

Sessions run for 90 mins and are conducted via Zoom and all you need is a stable internet connection and for the hypnosis part of the session to prop your laptop up on table or somewhere that you can lay down and be comfy but also where I can see your face and we can also hear each other. Sessions include a combination of life coaching, hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic programming and intuitive guidance depending on the client’s needs. Included in the session are a follow up email with further recommendations and resources in additional to 2 weeks of support via email or Voxer.
