Get your grounding meditation.

Grounding is an important energy practice for many reasons.  It helps you to shake off energetic fallout from dealing with daily challenges or any negative energy absorbed from others.  It shifts your focus and awareness to the present.  Grounding can raise your energy so that you are more in balance and protected.  It can be similar to a grounding wire that allows excess energy to flow safely and freely out of your system.

Practice this grounding technique after you have any experiences of energetic distruption, when you are tired and need to recharge or to prepare to protect yourself before any challenges.  Also helpful if you experience anxiety or difficulties staying focused and present.
